No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake

A creamy and rich no-bake chocolate cheesecake with an Oreo crust, topped with chocolate ganache and whipped cream.

  • 1 cup chocolate chips (for ganache)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Start by crushing the Oreo cookies in a bowl until finely crushed. Mix in the melted butter until all crumbs are moistened.
  2. Press into the pan: Firmly press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form a crust.
  3. Make the filling: In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Combine mixtures: Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  6. Add melted chocolate: Pour in the melted chocolate and stir until fully incorporated.
  7. Pour into crust: Carefully pour the filling into the prepared Oreo crust and smooth the top.
  8. Prepare the ganache: Heat the heavy cream until boiling, then pour it over the chocolate chips, stirring until smooth.
  9. Top the cheesecake: Pour the ganache over the cheesecake filling, spreading it evenly.
  10. Refrigerate: Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  11. Serve: Remove from the springform pan, top with whipped cream, and serve chilled.
