No-Bake Marshmallow Cheesecake

  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • 1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • 2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, beating until fluffy.
  • 3. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  • 4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • 5. Garnish with fresh berries or chocolate shavings before serving.
