One-Pan Honey Garlic Kielbasa & Veggies

A quick and hearty dish combining kielbasa and colorful vegetables in a sweet honey garlic sauce, perfect for busy families.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Kielbasa
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 each Bell Peppers (red & yellow)
  • 1 cup Baby Carrots
  • 1 pound Baby Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Heat the Pan: In your skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the sliced kielbasa pieces. Cook them for about 5-7 minutes or until they are browned all over.
  2. Add the Vegetables: Once the kielbasa is nicely browned, add in the prepared bell peppers, baby carrots, and baby potatoes. Stir everything together so the vegetables are coated in the oil and flavors from the kielbasa.
  3. Pour the Sauce: Take your honey-garlic sauce and pour it over the kielbasa and vegetables in the skillet. Stir nicely to ensure everything is evenly coated.
  4. Cook Until Tender: Reduce the heat to medium, cover the pan with a lid, and let it cook for an additional 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Finish Up: Once cooked, remove from heat. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley or sliced green onions on top for added flavor.

Notes

Choose high-quality kielbasa for the best flavor. Feel free to customize the vegetables and add some spice if desired.
