- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
- 2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 cup milk or heavy cream
- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
- 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes; sauté until fragrant.
- 3. Pour in broth and milk and bring to a gentle simmer.

- 6. Uncover and stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce is creamy.
