Instructions

  • 1. Add finely chopped chocolate to a heat-safe bowl.
  • 2. In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream and butter over medium heat until steaming but not boiling.
  • 3. Pour hot cream mixture over the chocolate and let sit 3 minutes.
