Oven-Baked Baby Back Ribs

  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Prepare the baby back ribs by removing the thin membrane.
  3. Season both sides generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Mix the barbecue sauce with brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place seasoned ribs on it, brushing them with the sauce mixture.
  6. Cover the ribs tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours.
  7. Remove the foil and brush more sauce on the ribs, then broil on high for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Remove the membrane for tenderness and use high-quality ribs for best flavor.
