Healthy and easy to make, these Oven-Baked Zucchini Chips offer a delicious, crunchy alternative to traditional snacks.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat the zucchini slices lightly with olive oil spray.
  5. Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the zucchini slices evenly.
  6. Arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for about 120 minutes or until they are crispy, flipping them halfway through.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
