Paleo Whole30 Grilled Pineapple Chicken

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, cut into rings
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce (Whole30 compliant)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly with the marinade.
  4. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  5. Add the pineapple rings to the grill in the last few minutes.
  6. Remove from the grill and brush with barbecue sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
