- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
