Pecan Pie Crescent Rolls

Irresistible Pecan Pie Crescent Rolls made with flaky crescent dough filled with gooey pecan pie filling. Perfect easy dessert or breakfast treat that tastes just like classic pecan pie in bite-size form.

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. In a bowl, mix chopped pecans, brown sugar, melted butter, maple syrup, corn syrup, vanilla, and egg yolk until well combined.
  • 3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  • 4. Place 1-2 tablespoons pecan filling at wide end of each triangle.
  • 5. Roll up from wide end to point, tucking filling inside.
  • 6. Place rolls point-side down on baking sheet.
  • 7. Bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • 8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

  • Chop pecans finely for easier rolling.
