  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda,
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios, coarsely ground,
  • 1/4 cup whole pistachios for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Process pistachios in food processor to coarse meal consistency.
