Prosciutto Wrapped Mozzarella Bites Recipe

Delicious bite-sized mozzarella wrapped in savory prosciutto. Perfect as an appetizer, party snack, or elegant hors d’oeuvre with minimal prep.

  • 6 slices prosciutto, halved lengthwise
  • 1 tsp olive oil (optional)
  • Fresh basil leaves (optional, for garnish)
  • Freshly ground black pepper (optional)

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) if baking, or prepare for serving cold.
  • 2. Wrap each mozzarella ball with a strip of prosciutto, securing the ends underneath.
  • 3. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper if baking.
  • 4. Bake 8–10 minutes until prosciutto is slightly crispy and cheese is soft, or serve chilled.
  • 5. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with black pepper, and garnish with basil leaves if desired.
