Pumpkin Oreo Balls

These Pumpkin Oreo Balls are a no-bake, bite-sized fall treat combining crushed Oreos, pumpkin purée, and cream cheese, all coated in white chocolate and topped with a festive sprinkle of crushed cookies.

Ingredients

  • 36 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 10 oz white chocolate or white candy melts
  • Crushed Oreos or orange sprinkles, for topping

Instructions

  • 1. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  • 2. In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos with cream cheese, pumpkin purée, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
  • 3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • 4. Freeze for 20–30 minutes, or until firm.
  • 5. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave or using a double boiler.
  • 6. Dip each pumpkin ball into the melted chocolate, coating evenly.
  • 7. Place back on the tray and top with crushed Oreos or sprinkles.
  • 8. Refrigerate until chocolate sets, about 15 minutes.

Notes

  • Store Pumpkin Oreo Balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • For a fun twist, use golden Oreos for a lighter flavor.
  • You can also drizzle melted dark chocolate for contrast.
