Instructions

  • 3. Spoon pumpkin filling into tortillas, fold in half, and lightly pan-fry each side until golden and slightly crisp.
  • 4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • 5. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle crushed graham crackers or pecans before serving.
