Strawberry Cobbler

Delightful strawberry cobbler with a golden, buttery crust and juicy strawberries, perfect for summer.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish.
  6. Scatter the sliced strawberries over the batter.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.
