Strawberry Crunch Salad

A delightful mix of strawberries, romaine lettuce, and crunchy candied pecans, dressed with a tangy poppy seed dressing.

  • 2 cups juicy strawberries
  • 4 cups crisp romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup crunchy candied pecans
  • 1/2 cup tangy feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup poppy seed dressing
  • Grilled chicken (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the strawberries into quarters.
  2. Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Combine the chopped romaine, sliced strawberries, and candied pecans in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the crumbled feta cheese over the top.
  5. Drizzle the poppy seed dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
  6. Add grilled chicken strips on top if desired.
  7. Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
