- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- 2. In a saucepan, melt butter and chocolate together over low heat. Stir until smooth.
- 3. Remove from heat and whisk in granulated and brown sugar until combined.
- 4. Add eggs and vanilla; whisk until glossy and thick.
- 5. Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
- 6. Gently fold in half of the raspberries.
- 7. Pour batter into the prepared pan and top with remaining raspberries.
- 8. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- 9. Cool completely before cutting. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
- For extra richness, drizzle melted chocolate over the cooled brownies.
- Use frozen raspberries if fresh are not available no need to thaw.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days or refrigerate for longer freshness.
