Raspberry Brownies

Rich, fudgy chocolate brownies studded with fresh raspberries for a deliciously indulgent treat that’s both sweet and slightly tart.

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • 2. In a saucepan, melt butter and chocolate together over low heat. Stir until smooth.
  • 3. Remove from heat and whisk in granulated and brown sugar until combined.
  • 4. Add eggs and vanilla; whisk until glossy and thick.
  • 5. Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
  • 6. Gently fold in half of the raspberries.
  • 7. Pour batter into the prepared pan and top with remaining raspberries.
  • 8. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  • 9. Cool completely before cutting. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Notes

  • For extra richness, drizzle melted chocolate over the cooled brownies.
  • Use frozen raspberries if fresh are not available no need to thaw.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days or refrigerate for longer freshness.
