Raspberry Raffaello Cream

A delightful dessert combining fresh raspberries with the sweet, coconut-inspired taste of Raffaello candies, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup Raffaelo candies
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream in a mixing bowl until it starts to thicken. Gradually add sugar and vanilla extract, whipping until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Fold crushed Raffaelo candies and fresh raspberries into the whipped cream gently.
  3. Chill the mixture in serving cups for at least one hour in the refrigerator.
  4. Garnish each cup with additional raspberries and a whole Raffaelo candy before serving.

Notes

For the best results, use heavy whipping cream and ensure it is cold before whipping. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
