Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • 3. Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
  • 4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • 5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until combined.
  • 6. Fold in chocolate chips and Rice Krispies cereal.
  • 7. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet.
  • 8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are set.
