- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup rose syrup
- 1 tbsp rose water
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese cold
- 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream cold
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Pink food coloring optional
- Dried rose petals
- Chopped pistachios
- 1. Mix milk, rose syrup, and rose water for dipping liquid.
- 2. Beat mascarpone with 2 tbsp powdered sugar until smooth.
- 3. Whip heavy cream with remaining sugar and food coloring to stiff peaks. Fold into mascarpone.
- 4. Dip ladyfingers quickly in rose milk. Layer half in 8×8 dish.
- 5. Spread half cream mixture. Repeat layers ending with cream.
- 6. Chill 6+ hours. Garnish with rose petals and pistachios.
