Rose Tiramisu Recipe

  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup rose syrup
  • 1 tbsp rose water
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese cold
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream cold
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • Pink food coloring optional
  • Dried rose petals
  • Chopped pistachios

Instructions

  • 1. Mix milk, rose syrup, and rose water for dipping liquid.
  • 2. Beat mascarpone with 2 tbsp powdered sugar until smooth.
  • 3. Whip heavy cream with remaining sugar and food coloring to stiff peaks. Fold into mascarpone.
  • 4. Dip ladyfingers quickly in rose milk. Layer half in 8×8 dish.
  • 5. Spread half cream mixture. Repeat layers ending with cream.
  • 6. Chill 6+ hours. Garnish with rose petals and pistachios.
