  • 1 rotisserie chicken, skin removed and shredded,
  • 8 tostada shells,
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder,
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin,
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika,
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder,
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder,
  • Salt and pepper to taste,
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce,
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes,
  • 1 cup shredded cheese,
  • 1/2 cup sour cream,
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro,
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  • .Remove skin from rotisserie chicken and shred meat. Mix with chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat seasoned chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Warm tostada shells in 350°F oven for 2-3 minutes.
  • Layer warm tostada shells with lettuce, seasoned chicken, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, and cilantro.
  • Serve immediately with lime wedges while tostada shells are still crispy.
