  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 cups potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the ground beef, finely chopped onion, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the meatballs on all sides (about 5-7 minutes).
  5. Transfer the meatballs to a baking dish and pour beef broth and ketchup over them.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes, ensuring they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  7. Boil salted water in a pot and cook the peeled and chopped potatoes until tender (15-20 minutes), then drain.
  8. Mash the potatoes with milk, butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley until smooth.
  9. Serve the meatballs over the garlic herb mashed potatoes and drizzle with the beef broth sauce.
