Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil

A delicious and easy way to enjoy a classic seafood meal with shrimp, sausage, and vegetables roasted on a single sheet pan.

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 cups corn on the cob, cut into pieces
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the ingredients by combining shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn in a large bowl.
  3. Season the mixture with olive oil, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper, tossing until well coated.
  4. Arrange the mixture in a single layer on a large sheet pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until shrimp are pink and potatoes are tender.
  6. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve hot.
