- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 4 graham crackers, broken into pieces
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8-inch oven-safe skillet.
- 2. In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth, then add eggs and vanilla.
- 3. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until a thick batter forms.
- 4. Pour half the batter into the skillet and spread evenly.
- 5. Layer graham cracker pieces, marshmallows, and chocolate chips over the top.
- 6. Pour remaining brownie batter on top and smooth the surface.
- 7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until set but still gooey in the center.
- 8. Top with extra marshmallows and broil for 1–2 minutes until golden and toasted.
