S’mores Stuffed Brownie Skillet

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 4 graham crackers, broken into pieces
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8-inch oven-safe skillet.
  • 2. In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth, then add eggs and vanilla.
  • 3. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until a thick batter forms.
  • 4. Pour half the batter into the skillet and spread evenly.
  • 5. Layer graham cracker pieces, marshmallows, and chocolate chips over the top.
  • 6. Pour remaining brownie batter on top and smooth the surface.
  • 7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until set but still gooey in the center.
  • 8. Top with extra marshmallows and broil for 1–2 minutes until golden and toasted.
  • 9. Serve warm, straight from the skillet.

Notes

  • Best enjoyed warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  • You can use brownie mix for a shortcut version.
  • Careful when broiling—the marshmallows toast quickly!
