- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

- 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
