- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Butter or oil for greasing the pan
- Chocolate syrup or melted chocolate, for decorating
- Powdered sugar (optional)
- 1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
- 2. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- 3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry, whisking until the batter is lump-free.
- 4. Transfer some of the batter into a squeeze bottle or piping bag with a small tip.
- 5. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- 6. Use the squeeze bottle to draw a spiderweb pattern with the batter in the hot pan.
- 7. Cook for 1–2 minutes, then carefully flip and cook for another 15–20 seconds.
- 8. Repeat with remaining batter.
- 9. Serve warm drizzled with chocolate syrup, powdered sugar, or fresh fruit.
Notes
- You can tint the crepe batter with a few drops of black or orange food coloring for a festive look.
- These crepes pair perfectly with whipped cream, Nutella, or fresh strawberries.
