Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • 2. Combine cake mix, softened butter, egg, oil, and vanilla. Mix until soft dough forms.
  • 3. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls. Roll in powdered sugar, then pink sanding sugar if desired.
  • 4. Place 2 inches apart on baking sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes until edges set but centers soft.
  • 5. Remove from oven. Immediately press chocolate Kiss into each cookie center.
  • 6. Cool 5 minutes on pan before transferring to wire rack.
