  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by cutting up celery, green onion, and strawberries, and shredding leftover chicken if necessary.
  2. Mix the base ingredients in a large mixing bowl: shredded chicken, chopped celery, green onion, and chopped pecans.
  3. Make the dressing by adding mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, poppy seeds, and pepper to the bowl, mixing well.
  4. Incorporate the strawberries by gently folding them into the mixture.
