Strawberry Shortcake Pudding Cups

A delightful twist on traditional strawberry shortcake, these pudding cups combine creamy cheesecake pudding, fresh strawberries, and crunchy Oreo cookies for a perfect summer dessert.

  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup cheesecake pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup fresh whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pudding by whisking together 1 cup of cheesecake pudding mix and 2 cups of milk until smooth. Let it thicken according to package instructions.
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies in a resealable bag, reserving half a cup for garnish.
  3. Mix in the sliced strawberries with the pudding mixture, being careful to maintain some texture.
  4. Add in the 1 cup of whipped cream and fold gently.
  5. Layer crushed Oreos at the bottom of serving cups.
  6. Spoon the pudding mixture on top of the Oreo layer, filling cups nearly to the top.
  7. Complete with another layer of crushed Oreos and a dollop of fresh whipped cream.
  8. Garnish with additional strawberry slices before chilling.
  9. Chill for at least an hour before serving for best flavor.

Notes

Store refrigerated for up to 2-3 days. Add whipped cream right before serving to keep it fresh.
