  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  • 1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • 2. In a skillet, melt butter; add apple slices, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Cook until apples are tender.
  • 3. Spread cream cheese mixture over half of each tortilla.
