  • Nacho Chips:
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Cheesecake Drizzle:
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup milk or heavy cream
  • Toppings:
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
  • Chocolate sauce or strawberry sauce (optional)
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 2. Cut tortillas into triangle shapes.
  • 3. Brush tortillas with melted butter.
  • 4. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle evenly over tortillas.
  • 5. Arrange on baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp; cool.
  • 6. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • 7. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk and beat until drizzle consistency.
  • 8. Arrange cinnamon chips on a serving platter.
  • 9. Drizzle cheesecake sauce over chips.
  • 10. Top with fresh strawberries and optional sauces.
  • 11. Serve immediately.
