Taco Bell Crunchwrap

Enjoy a homemade version of the iconic Taco Bell Crunchwrap, loaded with seasoned beef and fresh toppings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 3 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Hot sauce (optional, to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain any excess fat, then add the taco seasoning and follow the package instructions, usually adding water and simmering it.
  2. Take your large flour tortilla and lay it flat on a clean surface. Place 1 small corn tortilla in the center.
  3. Spread a few tablespoons of nacho cheese sauce over the corn tortilla.
  4. Add a generous layer of the seasoned ground beef on top.
  5. Follow with a scoop of sour cream, then sprinkle shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
  6. Finish with a layer of shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Carefully fold the edges of the large flour tortilla over the filling to create a hexagonal shape, ensuring no filling escapes.
  8. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the folded side down into the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Cut your Crunchwrap in half for presentation, serve with hot sauce on the side if desired, and enjoy your homemade Taco Bell experience!

Notes

Use lean ground beef for a healthier option, and feel free to customize with additional toppings.
