These Turkey Cranberry Hawaiian Sliders are the ultimate combination of sweet and savory layers of juicy turkey, melted cheese, and tangy cranberry sauce tucked into soft Hawaiian rolls, brushed with buttery herbs, and baked until golden brown.

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls, sliced in half
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, sliced or shredded
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • 2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the dish.
  • 3. Layer turkey evenly across the rolls.
  • 4. Spread cranberry sauce over the turkey, then top with Swiss cheese slices.
  • 5. Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
  • 6. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, poppy seeds, and parsley.
  • 7. Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
  • 8. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake another 5–7 minutes until golden brown and melty.
  • 9. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Perfect for Thanksgiving leftovers or a holiday appetizer.
  • Try using provolone or mozzarella instead of Swiss for a milder flavor.
  • You can prepare ahead and refrigerate before baking just add 5 extra minutes of bake time.
