  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough (vegan)
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup vegan mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • 2. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle.
  • 3. Spread marinara sauce evenly over dough.
  • 4. Sprinkle vegan cheese, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, nutritional yeast, and Italian seasoning.
  • 5. Roll dough tightly from long side and slice into 1-inch rolls.
  • 6. Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 7. Brush tops with olive oil.
  • 8. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • 9. Serve warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
