- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup vegan mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle.
- 3. Spread marinara sauce evenly over dough.
- 4. Sprinkle vegan cheese, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, nutritional yeast, and Italian seasoning.
- 5. Roll dough tightly from long side and slice into 1-inch rolls.
