White Chocolate Cosmic Brownies

  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup colorful sprinkles (or mini chocolate candies)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring gently.
  3. Mix the granulated sugar and brown sugar with the melted butter until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  5. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in another bowl, sifting to eliminate clumps.
  6. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  7. Fold in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
  9. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  10. Cool the brownies for 10 minutes, then top with sprinkles or candies while still warm.
  11. Slice into squares and serve once cooled completely.
