  • 1 banana

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Gather all your ingredients and measure them out. If using fresh pineapple, peel, core, and cut it into chunks. If using frozen pineapple, measure it out without thawing.
  2. Blend the ingredients: In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, and banana, adding the coconut milk last for a smooth consistency.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy: Start blending on low speed, gradually increasing to high for about 30 seconds until fully combined.
  4. Pour and serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. Optionally, garnish with a slice of pineapple or a maraschino cherry.

Notes
