Anti-Inflammatory Detox Water

A refreshing detox water made with lemon and ginger to boost health and hydration.

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 2 tsp grated ginger
  • 4 cups of filtered water
  • Optional: ice to cool

Instructions

  1. Wash the lemon thoroughly.
  2. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice into a measuring cup.
  3. Peel the fresh ginger if necessary, then grate it finely.
  4. Combine the lemon juice, grated ginger, and filtered water in a large pitcher.
  5. Add ice cubes if desired.
  6. Stir the mixture well to combine.
  7. Drink throughout the day for best results.

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider adding fresh mint leaves or cucumber slices. Best enjoyed fresh within 3-4 hours.
