Baked Caesar Chicken

Baked Caesar Chicken combines the classic flavors of Caesar salad with juicy, tender chicken, making it a perfect weeknight dinner.

  • 4 chicken breasts – boneless (skinless)
  • 1½ cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Caesar salad dressing
  • ½ cup sour cream (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare an 8 x 11-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Even out the thickness of chicken breasts by flattening them in a Ziploc bag.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper.
  5. Mix the Caesar dressing and sour cream in a bowl.
  6. Pour the dressing mixture over the chicken breasts.
  7. Top with additional grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for about 30 minutes.
  9. Broil for an additional 2 to 4 minutes for a golden finish.
  10. Check the chicken’s doneness (165°F/75°C).
  11. Rest the chicken for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
  12. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

Serve with steamed vegetables or a salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
