Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs and milk together until well combined.

  3. Incorporate the melted butter and optional vanilla sugar into the batter.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat until hot.
  5. Cook the pancake batter in the skillet for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form.
  6. Flip the pancake and cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Repeat until all batter is used, serving warm with desired toppings.

Notes

Let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes for fluffier pancakes. Avoid overmixing to prevent tough pancakes.
