  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add the granulated sugar and mix until creamy.
  6. Incorporate the vanilla extract and all-purpose flour into the mixture.
  7. Crack the eggs one at a time into the mixture, beating well after each addition.
  8. Pour in the sour cream and mix until smooth.
  9. Pour the cheesecake batter over the prepared crust.

  11. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside with the door ajar for about 1 hour.
  12. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  13. Remove from the springform pan, slice, and serve.
