Blueberry Banana Bowl

A quick, healthy, and delicious breakfast or snack combining ripe bananas, fresh blueberries, and creamy yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (choose your favorite flavor or plain)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/4 cup granola

Instructions

  1. Slice the banana and place it at the bottom of a bowl.
  2. Add the blueberries on top of the banana slices.
  3. Spoon the yogurt over the fruits.
  4. Drizzle honey over the yogurt if desired.
  5. Sprinkle granola on top for crunch.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days, but the banana may brown and granola will lose its crunch.
