Brie and Apricot Chicken Sandwich

A delightful sandwich that combines creamy Brie, sweet apricot jam, and hearty grilled chicken, perfect for lunch or a light dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 grilled chicken breast
  • 2 slices of Brie cheese
  • 2 tablespoons apricot jam
  • Lettuce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  2. Spread about 2 tablespoons of apricot jam on one slice of bread.
  3. Layer the grilled chicken breast on top of the jam.
  4. Add the Brie cheese slices over the chicken.
  5. Top with lettuce leaves.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Finish with the other slice of toasted bread.
  8. Serve the sandwich cut in half while warm.

Notes

Best enjoyed warm. Pair with a side salad or homemade chips.
