Brownie Cheesecake Bars

A delightful dessert combining the rich texture of brownies with creamy cheesecake, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. Combine the brownie mix, 2 eggs, vegetable oil, and water in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the brownie batter into the baking pan, spreading it evenly.
  4. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and 1 egg until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer evenly.
  6. Add the remaining brownie batter on top and gently swirl the layers.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.
  8. Cool the bars before cutting them into squares for serving.

Notes

For added flair, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle chocolate sauce before serving.
