Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients: Combine the ground chicken with the onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and parsley.
  2. Shape the kofta: Roll the mixture into small logs or patties.
  3. Cook the kofta: Grill or sauté over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
  4. Prepare the garlic yogurt sauce: Mix yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
  5. Serve your dish: Serve the kofta warm with the yogurt sauce drizzled on top.
