Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito

A delicious and satisfying burrito filled with smoky chipotle flavors, grilled chicken, and fresh vegetables, topped with creamy chipotle ranch dressing.

  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup crunchy tortilla strips
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup chipotle ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Grill the chicken: Season the chicken breasts and grill them for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  2. Warm the tortillas: Use a skillet or microwave to warm the tortillas until pliable.
  3. Assemble the burrito: Layer grilled chicken, tortilla strips, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese in the center of a tortilla.
  4. Add the dressing: Drizzle chipotle ranch dressing over the fillings.
  5. Roll it up: Fold sides over the filling and roll tightly from the bottom.
  6. Serve: Place the burrito seam-side down and serve with additional dressing on the side.
