  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp flaky sea salt

Instructions

  • 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. Slice dates open and press them flat onto the parchment, arranging them closely together to form a rectangle.
  • 3. Warm peanut butter slightly and spread evenly over the flattened dates.
  • 4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
