Crab Rangoon Nachos

A delightful twist on traditional nachos, combining the flavors of crab rangoon with crispy wonton chips and creamy crab filling.

Ingredients

  • Wonton wrappers
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz imitation crab meat
  • 4 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp garlic chili oil
  • Green onions (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the wonton wrappers into triangles.
  3. Arrange the triangle-shaped wonton wrappers on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake the wonton wrappers for about 10 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  5. Mix the cream cheese with the imitation crab meat in a bowl.
  6. Add sweet chili sauce and garlic chili oil to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  7. Remove the wonton chips from the oven carefully.
  8. Top each chip with a spoonful of the crab mixture.
  9. Drizzle additional sweet chili sauce and garlic chili oil on top, if desired.
  10. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
  11. Serve warm and enjoy your Crab Rangoon Nachos!

Notes

For a vegetarian version, replace imitation crab with finely chopped vegetables.
