Creamy Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

A delicious and comforting dish combining tender chicken, rich cream, and savory Parmesan cheese with perfectly cooked fettuccine pasta, ready in under 30 minutes.

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the chicken in olive oil over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Make the cream sauce by adding heavy cream and bringing it to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
