  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 4 Tortilla wraps
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • Sauce of choice (e.g., ranch, yogurt, or spicy sauce)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat chicken in breadcrumbs for a crunchy texture.
  4. Place coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet with space between each piece.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Warm tortilla wraps in a skillet or microwave for 15-20 seconds.
  7. Layer lettuce, sliced tomato, and avocado on each wrap.
  8. Add the baked crispy chicken on top of the veggies.
  9. Drizzle your preferred sauce over the chicken.
  10. Roll the wrap tightly, tucking in the ends, then slice in half.
  11. Serve immediately with extra sauce on the side.
