Delicious Pasta

A comforting and flavorful pasta dish perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of pasta
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional garnishes: fresh herbs, grated cheese, or a squeeze of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare all your ingredients. Wash and chop the vegetables, mince the garlic, and measure out the spices.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent and fragrant, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Mix in the minced garlic and stir for about 30 seconds.
  5. Incorporate the pasta and cook for around 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently.
  6. Introduce the cherry tomatoes and spinach, continue cooking for another 5-10 minutes.
  7. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper according to your taste.
  8. Let everything simmer for a few minutes to meld the flavors. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  9. Remove from the heat once satisfied with the taste.

Notes

Serve the dish in a large bowl with optional garnishes like fresh herbs and grated cheese.
